Gee, seems like everyone already is convinced of its contents even before reading it.
Lol, maybe you all will get your wish and Trump can fire everyone who doesn't sign his loyalty oath and consolidate the DOJ and FBI under the executive branch, won't that be fun every four years. Party and Trump over America, while Trump is tweeting the Kremlin is preparing for our midterms, oh wait, that's all a hoax, the DOJ and FBI and all those conservative Republicans in the deep State made it up.
While it's not evidence of anything, you can't know that it is partisan. Schiff has been acting partisan(FBI requested change isn't what we approved!!!), but Republicans have been playing this memo by the book.
Oh it'll seem explosive until the selective editing and out of context parts are pointed out and the Democrats own stupid memo is released, of course it will make it seem that the FBI is picking on Trump because the FBI is a liberal democratic institution incapable all of a sudden in investigating anything, that is why Nunes and the president wrote it. Now it will all go away and Trump wins, lmfao.
Spin the FBI/DOJ not telling FISA court that dossier was opposition research however you want, that will never play.
Nunes wrote it to discredit the FBI for christs sake, of course it is partisan and so is the Democratic memo, ya'll hate congress and call them the swamp until it is convenient for them to ride in and do a better job than the DOJ and FBI, I can only imagine how the folks working their feel, especially since most of them are probably Republicans, that law and order service to country thing Trump exemplifies.
While I doubt from what I read that the dossier was the only reason in the FISA request, what if it is a true story exposed by opposition research? Evidence is evidence no matter why it was found. I mean, I have a hard time putting Trump ahead of the entire DOJ and FBI, you'd think the deep state could have prevented him from winning if they wanted to and why on earth would they have reopened the investigation into Hillarys emails before the election if they were pulling for her. so many holes in this theory and so many honorable folks have to be considered dishonest for this to begin to approach sense. But it SURE does look like the GOP and Trump are doing their best to discredit ANYONE who questions the Donald.
McCabe said the FISA warrant would never have been granted without the dossier. FBI never told the court it wasn't sourced Intel, but rather a manufactured politcal document. Never mentioned it even though they knew it was bogus and they didn't have enough to get the warrant without it. They used media reporting in their application to verify it's authenticity. Outrageous.
Grassleys memo is about different stuff. The FBI is currently redacting parts of it for security.
If being opp research is Ok if the evidence is true they would have told the FISA judge where it came from.
