Part of government..imo only 3 ways to fix it 1. Stop all lobbies 2 people wise up & vote the used rubbers out 3 term limits or put a cap on campaign funds allowed to be collected

Not let them get paid if there's no budget. CR=no paycheck. Of course, we have some who went to DC without a nickel and came out multi-millionaires. Harry Reid is one.
Should be a full 2 year budget or no check until it's resolved ...& only budget appropriations should be involved. It don't matter what side of the fence they are on its bull sh$t
