So is he insinuating that these individuals had a group chat, thinking it was encrypted, but it wasn't and they have the transcripts of that chat?

The NSA are the good guys in this, and have been all along. Admiral Rogers was a big tipoff. This guy has at least one source in NSA, he's had other similar stories. Yes, that's what he's insinuating, or, not "had". Still ongoing.

OK, but I don't see him or anyone else on the Left criticizing Dems for blocking release of the memo. Maybe he did and I missed it?

Why does it matter who created it if it contains facts with evidence? I mean going into this you claimed you wanted answers and you said you wanted the truth. lol.

I do want the truth. I don't trust Nunes to provide the truth. It's that simple. Release the memo. Release the FISA warrant. And, in time, release the Mueller findings. We'll get to the truth, but I'm betting this memo is about narrative shaping.
