It's called anyone but Trump. Try the poll again with a better candidate opposing Trump and watch the gap widen.

That speaks volumes about what it will take to beat him and what Americans think of him. Aside from hoping a decent Dem surfaces in the '20 election, it'd be kinda nice for someone decent in the GOP to do an end around him as well and erase him from the 2020 election entirely.

To me it seems like one of the shittiest jobs in the world, you have to get elected by appealing to half of America in your party and then govern for 100 % of America in both parties. I would love to be Vice President though! Has anyone ever screwed that job up? lol

That same poll showed 85% of republicans approve of the job Trump is doing. Compare that to 35% of independents and 32% of dems. There does seem to be an alternative reality in the GOP.

Oprah would probably win if she does not have any major skeletons in her closet and she did not fall off the left wing cliff. She like Obama and Reagan is a great communicator and is personable. She also hits the name recognition pitch out of the park. Anyone that dismisses her is a fool. This poll also verifies what a terrible candidate the Dems railroaded onto the last election ballot. I'll go on record now and state that if she makes a run she will be the Democrat nominee if her background is clean.

Have you seen the picture of her kissing Harvey Winestein in the cheek...that would go over well in the race.

The only alternative reality is what is rattling around inside your head. For starters.....Trump is the President.......and he will be around for 3 more years if he decides not to say...*** this and leaves.
