No one is disputing the GOP hired them during the Primaries. However, Michael Steele didn’t do his work or produce the Dossier until after Clinton began paying.

And yet, at no point in any investigation have these “credible allegations” of collusion been proven.
CNN reported it in April 2017. It's been corroborated many times since then.
