it just never ends...surely compulsive lying is considered some kind of mental illness....he's got to be one of the oddest and most flawed humans on the planet. He's got to be calling EO's "legislation" and says he's signed the most "legislation" etc., lol EOs don't count, sorry. He can't get sent back to the private sector soon enough. And even his count of 96 is shady.
