I can't even joke with my fellow Pitt fans, they get their panties in a bunch. I told them just think, had we got into a bowl, we could be getting smashed one more time this season. BTW, as a Pitt fan living in Bluefield WV, I am rooting for WVU in this game , it's not helping.

We have 85 yards of offense.......now, if Holgerson is truly an "offensive genius", even with a backup QB and 2 OL replacements, shouldn't he be able to get us more than that? Come on, WVU fans. This man is a FRAUD.

Hell with leaving him in Texas. We can’t lower the standards of the great people of that state. Put a parachute on the clown and drop him behind the Mexican border. He is useless.

Truth is, this coaching scheme does not win championships. The Mike Leach, mike Gundy, Hal Mumme, Dana Holgerson coaching tree hasn’t won crap. It’s a gimmick. It puts up great offensive yardage numbers. But it doesn’t win crap.

Spavital is his “mini-me” or protege in training that Texas A&M once fell for and regretted it.

Ron left because Dana wanted to bring in one of his other buddies in “Wickline” and Ron felt disrespected and didn’t want to be a Co-OL coach and share duties when he was doing a fine job by himself.

We have a neutral site game against Tenn. A road game at Nc state. We have to go to Okie State and Texas towards the end of the season and we finish against oklahoma which doesn't matter where we play that one. The games against Ttech and Iowa state are on the road. I think we win 8 games at best. Next season won't be any different

And the excuse will be “Well, the schedule was too tough.”

Just wait and see...if we lose to Tennessee in the opener, all the same people who were laughing and calling TN a “dumpster fire” for the last month will suddenly be explaining it away with the Texas excuse “Yeah, but they still have a lot of talent and we just don’t have the horses to beat all their 4- and 5-stars” even though everybody else does.

The MAC or Conference USA don't pay enough to suit Dana's lifestyle. He has tried it on OC's pay and just can't make it on the paltry sum they make. Warez
