“I want to believe the path you threw out for consideration in Andy’s office — that there’s no way he gets elected — but I’m afraid we can’t take that risk,” Strzok wrote to Page in August 2016.

Would anything short of him calling for a public hanging satisfy you? DOJ employees are allowed to have political affiliations.

“I want to believe the path you threw out for consideration in Andy’s office — that there’s no way he gets elected — but I’m afraid we can’t take that risk, it's like an insurance policy in the unlikely event you die before 40".

I haven't read enough, or it's not released yet, whether this is timed with the 2nd FISA application, or Clinton being exonerated by the FBI. Regardless, it sure sounds like this is a conspiracy to impact the election outside of proper influence. Obstruction of justice in Hilbag's case, or, obtaining a FISA warrant under known false information. Or both.

lol. Why even have a DOJ and investigations? THE has it all figured out. You should volunteer your time to them.

Let's suppose Mueller is on the up and up. I don't have any reason to disbelieve that at this time. I do have reason to believe McCabe and his subordinates are not. Mueller finds out his investigations based on the FISA warrant are going to be inadmissible re: fruit of the poison tree. He finds out Strzok is probably going to be poison also, meaning Flynn will probably walk by the time this comes to an end. Other than potential financial misgivings, what path forward do you have with Russia, if any, at all?

I'm not a lawyer and haven't given it much thought. YTF would Flynn's lawyers let him plead guilty and dragged through the mud in public if there is any realistic chance of your scenario? Doesn't add up to me, but I'm willing to wait for the investigation to conclude.

The didn't make Strzok public until the day after he plead.

I'll comment on the texts with the same response I gave when these same trolls posted about this FBI guy getting fired when it was found out by the fake news MSM a few weeks ago.

I'm glad he got fired. FBI agents need to be professional at all times and above reproach when it comes to politics, financial behavior, morality behavior, etc. Same with Secret Service, CIA and the other professionals in the law enforcement and intelligence community. He deserves to be fired. Did he break a law or is it proof that Mueller's investigation is tainted? No, it isn't against the law and no it is not proof that the investigation is tainted. But keep the conspiracy theories going, whackos.

You taking posts off of one thread and in context into another and out of context now? WTF?

It's totally in context. Strzok is who is assumed to have finished the funding for the dossier, and requested FISA warrant based on the dossier. No proof of that yet, awaiting IG report. Steele is now calling it "raw intel" which means he didn't corroborate it, and FBI has never said they corroborated a lick of it.

3 editorials calling it the worst political trick ever, I'd say if the above is true, the FBI acted political, according to those editorials.

Maybe I'm totally confused with my last post. This appears to be the right thread. My bad and my apologies to THE.

Yes, I appear to be whacked in keeping threads straight. My apologies for a board goof up.

There is a conspiracy theory that Strzok = McCabe floating around. I'm not buying that one.

Sure they are. But this is like refs texting each other while calling a WVU game, texting "Man I hate WVU... Man WVU sucks...."

There's a level of professionalism that I expect out of our FBI agents.

I disagree, but it doesn't much matter. I trust our institutions and their findings. I hope others will too.

Our institutions are made up of people, some of which are **** bags, and texts like these are more than disappointing and sheds a cloud on any work or findings those individuals come up with.
