How do you quote a confidential source incorrectly?ABC said later in an updated report that Flynn will say Trump asked him to make contact with Russia "initially as a way to work together to fight ISIS in Syria."
Don't know ....but I do know that if that is what Trump wanted Flynn to do...its what we want our leaders to do. I still don't see anything that has anything to do with stealing votes from the *****.How do you quote a confidential source incorrectly?
The same way you make up stories about helicopter rides. How do you quote a confidential source incorrectly?
Not sure what that means? Who did that? The same way you make up stories about helicopter rides.
One of the reasons, former ABC anchor Brian Williams was fired. Claimed he was fired at in a military helicopter covering a story. Never happened. Resurfaced at MSNBC a couple of months ago.Not sure what that means? Who did that?
Aha. I had completely forgotten about that. Well played sirOne of the reasons, former ABC anchor Brian Williams was fired. Claimed he was fired at in a military helicopter covering a story. Never happened.
Or, taking sniper fire running for cover! One of the reasons, former ABC anchor Brian Williams was fired. Claimed he was fired at in a military helicopter covering a story. Never happened. Resurfaced at MSNBC a couple of months ago.
Its just a big game to them. The media lues and they swear to it. They have the nerve to question anyone who calls out their lack of honesty. And this is what I don't get about things like this. How many times has ABC, CNN, NYTimes, etc ran a story that they later had to retract or "clarify." Each time the liberals get super excited as witnessed on this board. You would think that they would get pissed at the media for trolling them.
They quoted ABCNews yesterday with no other sources.I confirm everything MSNBC says with two sources NOT quoting them before I believe it

Printing a retraction doesn’t equal a desire to mislead, IMO, it equals poor reporting. How have we got to this point? Both sides to allow news media to knowingly mislead us? It's dangerous for our country.
I read the story, forget where, I thought it was MSNBC that was the original source (I guess I was wrong), but the nature of the information caused me to cast it off until it was confirmed with more credible sources. They quoted ABCNews yesterday with no other sources.
You are absolutely right though, misleading press is absolutely dangerous for our country....liberal or conservativeHow have we got to this point? Both sides to allow news media to knowingly mislead us? It's dangerous for our country.

I can’t deny that. I guess I hope our editors have more integrity than that though.Happens way too much. No doubt in my mind they do it intentionally many times
Continued poor reporting over a period of time equals a desire to mislead.Printing a retraction doesn’t equal a desire to mislead, IMO, it equals poor reporting.
True......especially when it's a 90/10 imbalance. I've been around awhile and I have seen how the media plays an increasing role in shaping public perceptions. You are absolutely right though, misleading press is absolutely dangerous for our country....liberal or conservative
On a day when they were moving TaxReform through...Printing a retraction doesn’t equal a desire to mislead, IMO, it equals poor reporting.
