So we look at the records of the four teams compared to each other.
Oklahoma: 1-2 [win over TCU, losses to ISU and WVU]
TCU: 1-2 [win over WVU, losses to ISU and OU]
ISU: 2-1 [wins over OU and TCU, loss to WVU]
WVU: 2-1 [wins over ISU and OU, loss to TCU]
Based on this, Oklahoma AND TCU should be eliminated as they have the worst records. This means Iowa State and West Virginia would play for the inaugural Big 12 Title Game.

Baylor, Kansas, Kansas State and Texas Tech are garbage-to-poor. Those are teams 7-10
Iowa State has 4 losses, and would be nothing more than middle of the pack Big10 is 6th.
Texas is complete trash being humiliated by Maryland LOL at home is 5-5 at 5th.
WVU has shown glimpses of greatness with a great QB but inconsistent and lost to VaTech is 4th
Oklahoma State is a product of the Big12 with absolutely no D. Top 12 team because of that O is 3rd.
TCU is overrated and belongs somewhere in that 12-15 range is 2nd
Oklahoma deserves Top 5 status and has proven again the Big12 is Oklahoma and no one else at 1.
There is literally 1 great program and 3 or 4 other good teams year to year. You Big12 homers have no idea what idiots you come off as. The Big12s Top 2 teams lost to an Iowa State team that would be no better than 6 in the Big Ten.

Isn’t ISU out of this mini division scenario now that they lost their 3rd conference game? Did their loss yesterday basically end our chances barring some really unforeseen losses by TCU and OK State?
ISU gets an automatic bid because their coach is the 'great' Matt Campbell whose team won two games vs top 5 schools ....... in the month of October..

Well, some folks around here are throwing down on the Texas Longhorns, calling them 'complete trash'. OK, let me tell you that the Mountaineers will have to get lucky to beat the Longhorns in Morgantown. As bad as Texas has been the past few years we seem to not be capitalizing on it. 2-1 in the last 3 meetings and we’re lucky to squeak out a win last year. Should be teeing off on these guys while we have the chance.
