That would be odd that a sitting President would fund an organization that produced a false narrative which was used for the basis of directing US intelligence assets against a political opponent.

That despite not knowing anything about who is indicted or for what reasons, we start throwing accusations around about “deep state”, tearing down the legitimacy of the entire investigation, and calling for the head of the messenger. But I bet if it’s a Democrat indicted on Monday.....the SC, the grand jury, and the d-bag that leaked it will be praised.....all while half laughing at and half cursing the hypocrisy of the left.

I’m worried about WHY Russia put forth so much effort to try and help Trump win. I’m sure it’s just as you say....to create a stormcloud over the oval in order to slow down any real agenda....domestic or foreign. But I’m not sure about that, and I’m eager for a show of integrity and non partisan desire to clear the air.
I’m happy there are indictments coming. I’m seeing this investigation from the SC as a step towards clarity and not additional muck slung ontop the steaming **** pile.
I’d agree if they started going after the left as well. Im certainly concerned with the amount of ties on Mueller’s staff with Hillary and Obama. I dont believe this to be an impartial investigation at all. Some of these people are investigating themselves.

I'm not sure what that matters. It was complete in mid to late summer. It was in Hillary's hands at that point.

I’m also saying that Mueller was appointed to find answers and follow crimes....his indictments (if they do in fact come) are a sign of the investigation working.
I believe Mueller will see the importance of his role here (esp in the fake news era, trump so eagerly ushered in), and his partisan affiliations will fade against his desire to restore a sense of integrity to the DOJ and IC.
I believe both sides are conducting themselves like animals.....have for many election cycles as well. I agree with that sentiment.

Mueller isn’t the ONLY investigatory body in the United States now. It isn’t his scope to investigate EVERYTHING that could be wrong with the federal government over the last 8 years.
Russia, Trump, Clinton, the campaign......if we want to investigate U1 or the FBI....appoint another SC or let the DOJ do their job.

It’s funny that out of everything I said, that’s the only thing you respond to. Trump “ushered it in”, because he’s the first sitting President to literally attempt to encourage his followers to write off facts being reported on as lies. Not specific facts, refuted specifically, but rather a general sense of “trust me only”. And if you think “the media” hasn’t been a source of questionable integrity since the first newspapers were printed, you’re just not as intelligent as I give you credit for. The difference between the manipulated facts of old west stories, the attempts to sway public opinion in favor of military action, the bias of conservative and liberal ideology and the “era of fake news” ushered in by Trump is that there is now a politician determining who and what should be considered “true” to his constituents.....not being held accountable by the media, but rather he’s the one that holds all accountability. That’s dangerous.
