There were so many holes in that story I almost fell through my phone screen reading it!
From article:

also from article:

So this author claims Hillary and the Obama DOJ knew nothing about any of this yet they approved it and she got the kickback payments!

That DOJ was Obama's!

That's when I almost fell through my phone.

The fact that govt agencies approved the deal while the FBI knew the russians were paying bribes dicates a congressional hearing but dont let facts get in the was of a massive partisan fairy tale.
