I had one reallllllly close to my house in 10. They were using the local playground as the "dust off" point. As my wife was remarking at the helicopter noise, I told her she was getting a little taste of what trying to sleep in theater was like.

We had 2 in my neck of the woods in Colorado, back to back years, Waldo Canyon fire followed by the Black Forest fire. I almost bought a house in Black Forest a few years before that fire too. The one we were looking at is one of many that was lost to the fire. It was a few houses up from an elementary school. They were able to save the school, but the fire got so close to it that it melted the slides on the playground.
Did God punish Colorado for what he knew they were about to do, legalizing weed????
