Yes it was disgusting when they tried to put the 85 year old man in jail for enforcing the law. The charges were nothing more than a political stunt witchhunt by a far left liberal judge. If Joe had been tried in a jury trial...there would have been no need for a pardon.
You need to do some reading up on the guy. He kept jail conditions like POW camps.
They tried to put him in jail for disobeying a federal order for years. Never dreamed you'd put someone above the law. Sad!

What did I say there that was inaccurate? You might argue that the standards don't meet what you would personally consider acceptable, which is fine. That doesn't make you wrong or right, just a difference of opinion.

I think absurd is letting a person of authority openly mock orders from a federal court repeatedly and then pardon him before the meanies sent him to prison. That'll learn em!
