I have no clue if libs even know it but the Seal team in Iraq that he was leading coopted the punisher as their logo on the hummers so their targets knew who had hit them. At least that is how he described it in the nook.

Yeah. I am not into comics but I knew there was more to it. It is definitely an alpha dog logo though.
