This is misleading. Israel's may be the only one honoring every victim, but there are memorials all over the world and many contain artifacts from Ground Zero.

How in the world is that misleading? The text very clearly says it is the only memorial "honoring every victim." When it expressly and clearly says that, it is not misleading in the slightest. It says, up front and out in the open, what it is. Nothing was hidden or untrue or had to be inferred. About as far from misleading as one can get. It doesn't say it is the only memorial outside of the U.S. It doesn't say it is the only memorial using artifacts from Ground Zero. The text says it is the only one that honors every victim. That is not misleading.
