It's like being an Ear fan, over and over again.

You guys tout SOS then lose to the 2 teams on it which gave it that ranking, LOLZ! You'll never see the national championship, nor get to play for it under the playoff system.

We can tout SOS because we play a P-5 schedule. We don't win every game, that's true. Your team traditionally plays one of the weakest schedules in all of FBS and wouldn't have a shot at the playoff even if you went undefeated. SOS matters, you should try to beef up yours.

That coming from a fan of a team that traditionally plays one of the weakest schedules in all of FBS football.......... . As a Marshall fan you have no right whatsoever to criticize anyone elses schedule. As for Baylor, they are getting what they deserve and I'd feel the same way no matter what conference they were affiliated with.

It's not criticism it's just fact. I've always said you can't control a lot of your schedule. Who would've thunk BU, ECU would lose to FCS teams? KU is a conference mate, The only fault you have is scheduling an FCS school to begin with. Even if you go 11-1 you can't recover from that

I still don't see where anyone on any WVU forum was predicting us to win the National Championship this year. As far as scheduling an FCS school, that was the intent when the NCAA allowed a 12th game. Share the wealth with the lessers, if you will. Too bad that Marshall hasn't learned that in terms of scheduling they are one of the lessers......I doubt that a win over the Herd would help our SOS any more than a win over Delaware State.

As it stands now a win vs mu would help your SOS more than it would against Baylor or ecu
