If there wasn't such a thing as a WVU or Marshall, who would your favorite college team be? I'm guessing most WVU fans would root for either Pitt or Va Tech, but just curious.

Don't lie either, and that includes Snow.

Way back in the day, I would have probably gone with ND, since they were the only show in town. Them or Michigan.

Interesting question that I never really thought about before. After working with people from the Pittsburgh area and dealing with the condescending attitudes they have toward everything West Virginia related I can definitely say I would never be a Pitt fan. I've got tons of respect for what Frank Beamer did at Virginia Tech but I'd have no other reason to pull for them.So I guess since I've always liked Bobby Bowden that Florida State would be near the top of my list. Doesn't hurt that their current coach is from a county that neighbors the one I live in and I watched him play a few times in HS and college ball while he lived here.

I lived 2 years in Blacksburg, VA and I can't stand Vatech. Spent 2 years in Raleigh, NC and grew partial to NC State.

I NEVER lie.....that's a liberal trait that I do not possess....to answer your question probably the service academies, because the great majority of them have no nfl future and they are playing for the simple love of the game

Family at both. If I had to choose just one...Ohio State
Good choice. When I was a kid, I saw the Bobcats go from mediocre during the Brian Burke days to the laughing stock of the Nation during Cleve Bryant's tenure as head coach. Thank God for the Buckeyes.
