Not good. Put it this way....it looks like he was already getting 'minimal punishment'. Still breaking though....

Ah, I see what you mean. I made my way over to that forum. It sucks. Kids make mistakes but if what they are saying over there is true, then they're aren't many options left.

"The Dominion Post reports that according to a criminal complaint, Simms was arrested Sunday and charged with DUI and driving on a suspended or revoked license for DUI."

It's not like WVU athletic program has not had "problem" student-athletes. Chris Henry and Adam "pacman" jones are two examples of football players who made bad choices but continued playing as Mountaineers.

I'll not rush to judgement on the young man. I'll let the justice system and Holgrosen/WVU handle the problem. Just wish these young student athletes would make better choices and decisions before they ruin their future.

Simms must fulfill certain requirements before his reinstatement to competition. He will be allowed to participate in team activities during the suspension.

“We have very high expectations for our student-athletes,” said Holgorsen, “and they know that how we represent this university is more important than their contribution on the field.

Seems it will be more than one game according to that statement.
