Except on the few times we forgot to double, the big polish guy really hurt them. I hated seeing him go to the bench. Was worried he'd get in foul trouble all night. Lol

They were the better team but we had a better than 50% chance to win under a minute left and choked plain and simple. Dax hits 1 FT, or Adrian pulls it out after the offensive rebound and we probably get a different result.

We played well i thought. They are a top 5 defensive team and outside of some big plays by a small percentage of our guys we could not overcome that. They adjusted better and pulled out the win.

Maybe, but marginally. Gonzaga is the weakest 1 seed and that included the bounced Villanova. WVU played great defense and despite Gonzaga being a good defensive team gave our guys several good looks. I feel we did a good job of limiting their easy looks and outside of free throws, Gonzaga didn't miss to many open scoring opportunities (open jumpers or getting it to their big in the low post). Make just 1/5 of the open jumpers and layups we missed and it's a 2+ score win for WVU.
