Should be a good game. The height and legth of the Purdue may be an issue for Iowa State. Of course we beat them like a drum in a preseason scrimmage.

Ok if you say so. Match ups are always iffy. None of these games are 1 vs 1 2 vs 2 and so on. There is a little brother complex on the board. Big 12 hoops is solid but no better than Big Ten or ACC. I giggled when I posted this thread because before tourney games started I posted the facts of the draw and 3-5 lamebrains went nuts! You're really not one of them. After reading through this thread out of curiosity. I've come to the conclusion that anybody that pounds their chest over conference affiliation are nothing more than knuckle dragging mouth breathers (ACC B1G fans). IMO

So, using your logic, the ACC has already lost 6 teams from this tournament, so they are by far the worst conference this year. Remember, per cent ages are for losers.
And that folks is why the A$$ conference got so many teams in this year. Easy to get wins over the six cupcakes, and split games between the 6 of the other 10 teams. If you want to know which League between the BIG12 and A$$ is better look no further than the head to head which wan't even close. But I am sure Greg will have is spin on how I am wrong

Big 12 has lost to a 4 seed, a 6 seed and a 7 seed. They beat a 5 seed then 12, 13, 14 and 16 and a play in game. Not exactly a murderers row either especially when you're losing to all the higher seeds except one.
The BIG 12 at least faced some higher seeds, and theyve beaten higher seeds than the Pac has even played so far. No comparison.

Certainly helps to get nice sites like Michigan and Purdue playing in Big Ten country tho
It's looking more and more like a showdown between the Big 12 and the Big 10. I guess not knowing how to count how many members you have when you name your conference has its advantages.
