Big 12 only split with SEC, 5-5, in Challenge. Worst showing in 4 years. Disappointing. I expected better.

Top of the Big 12 did fine: Kansas beat SEC’s best, Baylor beat Mississippi and West Virginia beat Texas A&M.

Big 12 bottom-feeders lost: Oklahoma, Texas and TCU.

Kind of makes sense.

#2 Kansas beat #4 Kentucky, 79-73

#5 Baylor beat Mississippi, 78-75

#18 West Virginia beat Texas A&M, 81-7

#25 Florida beat Oklahoma, 84-52

Texas Tech beat LSU, 77-64

Tennessee beat Kansas State, 70-58

Oklahoma State beat Arkansas, 99-71

Georgia beat Texas, 59-57

Vanderbilt beat Iowa State, 84-78

Auburn beat TCU, 88-80

Now, back to the Big 12 conference games.

You guys can't come to grips with the Big12s status as weakling in football and basically a solid, nothing more, basketball conference haha

In the end its what happens in March that counts not mid season conference challenges.

Disappointed in the OU, KSU and Texas losses, especially Texas. UGA basketball is bad... perennial bottom-dweller. Shaka needs to get these guys on the same page and fast. They should have beaten UGA by 20. The other losses could have been expected.

True, in 2014 UConn and Kentucky played for the NCAA Champioship. I doubt either team or their fans gave a rats*## what people thought of their conferences. ( old big east & SEC ). Personally, don't think the Big 12 is exceptionally strong this year or last year, and could not careless either way.

I care about how the Big 12 does because it helps determine where WVU will be seeded in March Madness. And I really want #4 seed or better because 82% of the Final Four teams come from those seeds because they have an easier path to the regional semifinals.
