Your voice needs to be heard more often on this board. I don't think our views line up, but you are the type of voice that can bring people together and quell the vicious division.
Thanks, but I don't think I do anything special. I try to communicate on the board like I would communicate in person.
I agree to a certain point. There were some pretty arrogant comments and taunts prior to the election and if you are going to dish it out you have to take it too. (plural you)
It's not like the same people reviving these things didn't disagree at the time. It strikes me as childish to do, and that's not due to political differences between me and the people reviving these things. I'd make the same call if the results and roles were reversed. If I wanted to see a post from February, I'd go look for it.
When did acting childish stop us? Are you trying to ruin this board? I am shunning you for 18 minutes.
Then we need more "would ya" posts, and maybe more "spoiler" posts about TV shows, and how about some more reminders that Meg wore a sPitt jersey once. Speaking of, what the heck happened Doom? I only assume his disappearance correlated to the disappearance of knox.
I am sure they would not have taunted us. As proof, they have never mentioned Obama since he won the election.
I would think they deserve an equal period of grace. And we didn't hear much about why we chose to not vote for him. One of the names is not used daily as long as the site stays up.
They cannot take defeat. They will never accept why Hillary was defeated soundly in the only process that counts. Will possibly make the same tired excuses in her obit.

If I'm wrong, I apologize. Syntax and motive seem to match someone who went into hiding about the time you showed up.
I love the description, "went into hiding." Maybe he found some other way to spend his time that he found to be more enjoyable. I don't see Op2 as being the kind to try to pull off a ruse like changing screen names. Like his opinions or not, the guy seemed to be genuine.

Not me. I'm not a discussion board guy. I am a stay at home dad, and bored often. I got on to connect with others that are from and love WVU....mostly because I'm in Buckeye country and it sucks substantially. I wanted to know what people thought of Trump. I walked into a lot of name calling on both sides and have just been trying to understand why we are so divided as a nation.
You have mentioned a few times that you have been reading my posts for years. You dont seem the type to read and not post so I am thinking this is not your first username. Not that it bothers me.
Divided we are for certain. We had a lot of discussion on this topic prior to the election. I don't mean to sound like a pessimist, but I don't think the CIC could bring us back together, regardless of who it is.
Obama had more cabinet members from the other political party than any other President in history but was still called a divider.
The middle class is the largest group of people in America but they can't agree on which party/candidates/political ideology benefits them the most.
I think I started posting around late fall of 2014. I've never posted under any other names. You might have me confused with someone else when you think I said I have been reading your posts for years. I don't remember ever saying that.

I've never said that. I have been reading your posts since I got on, about 2-3 weeks I think. You seem to spew hatred pretty hard , then seem respectful at other times. I've done the same. I might have had another username before: hud521 if I did, but it wasn't changed to "hide". That sounds pretty ridiculous to me
People change their usernames all the time. A lot of Danas biggest haters in the Blue Lot will be ringing up new names now that he got extended. I agtee is it silly. I have had this same screen name since I found the forum in 1999.
And if I'm not mistaken you used the same name ( or one very similar to it ) back in the days when ESPN was the go to message board.
I think Dana has done well. Not to take anything away from Skyler (he was good this season), but I think Grier could help his offense reach its potential finally
