First, let's assume that the DNC and Podesta were hacked. What does this mean when the FBI claims that Hillary's private server was hacked 5 times by foreign actors.

She had national security information on her server. She had Clinton Foundation information on that server. The subject of potential blackmail of her by these foreign agents was very, very high.

I disagree on the law as do many, many federal prosecutors. Comey decided not to ask DOJ to indict (maybe the Clinton/Lynch meeting had an impact, lol). But the possibility of black mail is very, very real which you didn't address.

I gave you direct information from the FBI after Comey's testimony that there was a 99% likelihood of her being hacked. Directly from the FBI.
