If you are as wealthy as you say you are and somewhat intelligent, you would have never ran for office to begin with.

Could it be his narcissism overwhelms what little intelligence he has? His thirst for power overwhelms the desire for money he could bring in from his companies in foreign lands?

It has to be one or the other. Either he was too stupid to realize he couldn't hold businesses in other countries or his thirst for power overcame that.

I appreciate all that. But my bigger concerns are his apparent disinterest in taking daily PDBs, his tweeting off the cuff at anything that annoys him(even trivial matters-snl?really?), his sucking up to putin, and his general lack of dignity. Rubio and Romney (among other repus) called his a huckster....a pt barnum. I was hoping that after the election that he'd get it together and start acting like a president. So far my hopes have been dashed. He's a demagogue of the highest order.

No, Obama still does not take regular Presidential briefs. I always thought Obama would be a very poor President for the following reasons:

1. He had extremely little private sector experience
2. His only job in the private sector as with a law firm. In "Dreams From My Father" he included a letter he wrote to his mother, describing his experience as "being behind enemy lines." He abhorred the private sector.
3. He voted present over 300 times (a man with a lack of intestinal fortitude to take a position).
4. He "people cling to their guns and their religion" comments. Shows such disrespect for average Americans.
5. He attendance in that church for over 20 years with an American hating pastor. His adherence to Black Liberation Theology.
6. His desire to "fundamentally change American." America needs changes, but not fundamental. We are the greatest country the planet has ever seen and a force for good.
7. His mentor in his book, "Dreams From My Father" was called Uncle Frank. His real name was Franklin Marshall Davis, an avowed, activist communist.
8. His association with Bill Ayers and Bernadette Dorn. Known domestic terrorists. Ayers still does not apologize today for his bombings and the death of the police officers.

Still, I opposed Obama's policies. I argued against their effectiveness, their need and more importantly pointed out things he should have done that he didn't because of his racist ideology.

These guys are railing on Trump while he is selecting his cabinet. Many don't recognize him as our next President. Quite different.

Get over it. Trump is not going to sell his businesses. It would be a fire sale and cost him billions. We have never had this large of a situation before. Although JFK was extremely wealthy. I wonder if Dems complained then?

I am certain White House lawyers can arrange a wall that will be good enough. He doesn't need anymore money as opposed to the money grubbing Clinton's.
