How about everybody boo Baylor every second they have the ball?
How about some creative signs?
How about cheering on our guys to end Baylor's season as a smoking pile of rubble?
Mushnick laments viewers aren't constantly reminded of Baylor's sins during a game then he references Kaepernick's tribute to Castro without mentioning Castro's brutal human rights violations. Why? Because the point is not about Castro. Same with the ball game. The news is filled with Baylor's abhorrent behave. The ball game doesn't need to be.

Didn't read the whole column. But we're not playing the 49'ers. I think bringing chainsaws to the game would generate more attention than something like a Gold Rush or Stripe the Stadium.

And ... while the Baylor story is picked up by various non-sports media outlets ... it's not being given the attention it deserves from the world of sports "journalism." Institutionally this is a bigger story than the Sandusky mess, as reprehensible as that was.

I've read about it in several sports outlets. ESPN's Outside the Lines eviscerated Baylor, as well they should be eviscerated.

Of course not. Why would anyone be for such low class behavior?

Interesting .... you're not concerned about the legality or the morality of a chainsaw massacre. But you are concerned with how it looks.

Further .... you actually took my statements literally?

No, I took you neither literally nor seriously. I pointed to the self-contradiction in the op-ed to which you asked a non sequitur question. I answered in the spirit of the question.

So you were speaking figuratively when you said that Baylor should be eviscerated?

The sound of 50,000 chainsaws could be a beautiful thing and the start of a new tradition.
