Wolf Blitzer was really squirming

At one time I thought that Blitzer was an announcer that leaned left but was overall balanced. But when the late returns came in he seemed to get nervous and start asking the guy running the numbers for any hope of a Clinton come back - almost begging. I was surprised to see him squirm (like he had to run to the bathroom) and repeatedly interrupt the number analyst. I believe that this election has opened the American public's eyes about media bias and how a group of socialists have high jacked the media and the Democratic Party which has evolved into something that JFK would not recognize.

I watched mostly CNN and I know what you are saying . My perception of it wasn't because of bias but rather the results were shocking and against expectations as all the polls were wrong . He wanted to make sure they were doing a responsible job at reporting . And in my view, CNN did

That's one way to look at it and it brings up another point: how could the polls be so wrong? For some reason almost all of them failed to identify the number of Trump voters in crucial areas. Obviously they were not able to get representative samples.

It looks like they overestimated Hilary's turnout. Trump got fewer votes than Romney in 12.

Don't you think that is a cop out? I turned CNN on about 8AM, and the whole damned panel was crying over the results. I did not perceive surprise to be the object. Instead, they were all heartbroken with the results. Of course we all get to view the results as we prefer - facts be damned.

That's exactly what happened. You could see the trend line in the states he won, where the NYtimes estimates were below what actually turned out.
