Here's what doesn't add up with the Huma Laptop.

There is NO WAY in hell that a laptop she "shares" with her ex-husband would contain 650,000 emails unless she knew what she was doing.

1) If access to the email was through a web base portal, then zero email would be "stored" on the laptop.
2) If access to the email was through POP3 servers, then email would be downloaded and "stored" on the laptop with copies on the POP server as well (unless the server is instructed to delete the emails from the server once downloaded). This is possible, but it creates a mess from an archiving standpoint and is not good practice. Especially if you use mobile devices.
3) If access to the email was through an Exchange server (which it probably was), and through an Outlook install, then email would be "stored" on a local .pst/.ost file that the Exchange server would update everytime Outlook connects to it. If that is how she was accessing those emails then there is zero way this was an accident and that she didn't know what she was doing.

650,000 emails is a massive amount of emails, over a ten year period, it's over 170 per day sent or received (which given her job could be possible), but it's unlikely that this laptop was just used to check email once in a blue moon. If she only used the laptop once in 2016, Outlook would have to sync Gigabytes of data through the exchange server, it would have taken a massive amount of time.

No, this laptop was used regularly, and IMHO, was used to keep an off site backup of all her email. A backup only she would know about.

It would surprise me to see her charged with something when all is said and done.

Are the 650,000 emails all hers? No way. I'm sure it's all his sexting and ****. I'd be willing to bet this is a whole lot of nothing re: Clinton. I wouldn't get my hopes up too much

Depends on Huma & Mr.wiener, I'm assuming that they both know some dirt on Hrc & the Dnc....don't think the wiener would like a wiener in cell block C, & Huma as hot as she is, would not look good in orange...

I'm betting she used this as a backup or archive type system. I'm also betting, everything they thought they bleached off of the server, will be on it. I'm also betting, all of the emails that were deemed "personal" will be on it. I'm 100% confident there will be classified emails on it. They've already determined there is meta data showing that it was connected to the server.

The deal here is that she lied when she said she turned over everything. Not only does this invalidate her immunity agreement, they now will have her on a number of charges. The bad news for Clinton is if they find anything damning for her in there regarding the Clinton foundation or stuff for when she was SoS.

I thought I read where she saved them so maybe she saved them as insurance. Probably nothing more than emails about yoga and Chelsea's wedding. [roll]

Sounds like the application of the same logic used against one accused of murder when he says he has no idea how his fingerprints got onto the murder weapon. DUH!! Maybe the memory lapses, for which Hillary suffers and could not recall several dozen items pertinent to the investigation, are contagious and those who have worked closely with her have contracted the malady. DUH and DUH!!

LOL. It's hysterical that everyone thinks the Clintons are this magical criminal enterprise that is going to be brought down by a dude's dick pick laptop. I hope you guys find your way back to reality soon. <dancing bear emoji>

Somehow... I could see in a crazy world where a little wiener would be what takes down the Clintons.

That's what I think as well. If you understand how email systems work, it's pretty clear that this was not some accidental use of a sexting laptop.

Between this, and the press back internally from other agents within the FBI, Comey had no choice but to write the letter this past Friday.

IMO, they have the whole bunch if they really want them. Lying to Agency should not be a bit difficult to stick every one who has testified or been given immunity in the matter and questioned by FBI. How can intent be a defense. They did and failed to disclose, and that has to prove the intent to act. How can any of them not be charged with destruction of government property? Intent should be automatic for any thing destroyed after they received congressional notice. They intended to destroy the government records. Conspiracy sounds very easy also.

The only thing to save the asses of anyone the FBI desires to try would be the fact that all are not being treated equally.

The drunk didn't intend to wreck & kill someone but he is still in jail ..& her saying ,"I forgot " " I didn't know " ..& then saying she is prepared to be president..
Do you promote the offensive coordinator that can't design a good play to the head coach just because he has experience with a chalk board?

Just can't make this stuff up " A.Wiener did it " .I woke up laughing about it ...

A Pu**y took down Bill, a wiener takes down Hilliary? Irony and cosmic justice. Probably won't happen but the House will want those emails and will likely keep her in court for a a long time, even possibly impeaching her.
