Tony Gibson is doing a fantastic recruiting job. Western Pa "once upon a time" was a recruiting hotbed. IMO it may not be as great as in the past but there are still great athletes coming out of that area.

Recruiting has been great past couple years. Props to all the WVU Coaches working hard to get the talented student-athletes to commit to The Mountaineers.

Just as many great athletes coming out as ever. They're just not going to PSU so people say the area is down.

Oh that has already started on their board......the guy that was interested enough to start the thread says he never heard of him and didn't realize that his HS even played football.........another claims that Pitt was concerned about his grades...... . Sour grapes I'd say. Maybe the kid saw the kind of fan support Pitt gets in Steeler Stadium and decided that wasn't for him........

Congrats on a good pickup. Pitt recruited him early as a LB, but could only take 3 LBs in the class, and already has verbals from 3. They really have not recruited him for awhile since they are full at that position. I am happy for Kenny, he has game, and WVU is a good choice for him.

Watching a WPIAL playoff game featuring Kenny Robinson. He's definitely got talent but has a lot of growing up to do before he arrives on campus. Multiple personal fouls, trash talking with people in the stands, cheap shots. Let's hope he can pull it together next year.
