A leaked video just a day or two ago on the "death" was too convenient for me to believe. Smells like AMC trying to throw the scent off some. It was publicized that ALL characters filmed a "death" scene that way they wouldn't accidentally leak it out. The video I'm referring to shows Negan beating Maggie's head in and Glenn getting knocked unconscious.
Predictions tonight: Abraham beaten with the bat, and I'll go with Glenn shot or stabbed and dies/bleeds out.
Daryl taken captive. Negan toys with Rick even more, putting him in near-death situations before pulling him back, things like that.
And since Kirkman came out and said that they are going away from the comic series on plots and people, I'm going to say there may be a change. It's supposed to be Spencer who becomes a "suck up" to Negan. However, I wouldn't be shocked if it isn't revealed to be Eugene. My logic behind this is:
1. When Daryl, Rosita, and Denise are ambushed (resulting in Denise's death), it was Eugene who was "conveniently" captured that resulted in her death and the near capture of the others.
2. In the season finale, it was Eugene who (again) was conveniently captured in the RV and the Saviors happen to be in the perfect spot where Rick and the group are walking with Maggie. With all the trails in the woods, Negan stumbles on the one that Rick and his group took in the middle of the night.....??????
That would definitely be an interested plot switch from the comic if they did this. Eugene has already proven that he will lie to get protection (saying he has a cure so Abraham would protect him). Why wouldn't he do this for Negan?
