Did God create the Earth and it's resources for mankind? In other words, do humans have a God given right to use the earths resources in order to feed, clothe, and shelter one's self, and family?

God created the heavens, the earth, and mankind. God gave humans the ability to think for themselves. Man has the irrevocable responsibilities to "feed clothe and shelter one's self and family'" and to conserve the earth's resources in doing so.
