Any clue why Lambert's gone?

Not hard to figure out. He figured he would be given his job back after he served the 3 game suspension. Problem is you have to earn it and Molina did just that. Instead of working to earn it back he decided to quit.

We'll be fine with Molina. Josh was great 2 years ago, definately tailed off last year. Chunked the chippy vs BYU. He has nfl type leg. If he quit because he feels slighted he did his future a huge disservice.

his ability and confidence dropped...deminished. ..

out side looking in, it was obvious he was over weight, last year. ...

the PED rumor, if true outlined another hiden physical issue ..

and he lost his confidence ...
I was at his last game and he could not punch the ball like Molina...

he was ok, just ok

I just hope it wasn't a relapse into performance enhancing drugs, which caused the 3-game suspension.

Lambert was unstoppable in 2014 with it came to 40+ yard field goals. Then he went off the rails. Sad case.

But WVU has to play with the players who are left, including Molina. Texas Tech s next, and a lot of FG and PAT kicking may be needed if that one becomes a barn-burner shootout. After all, TT is #1 or #2 in scoring and offense in the country.

Gibby's defense warriors will have their work cut out for them.

I peeked on TOS (what a wasteland that place is anymore) because I knew his grandpap posts there. Sure enough he gave the equivalent of "It's been real... See ya" post. No insight given despite some fairly polite inquiries and well-wishes.

My guess....his PED use explained his hellacious range a couple years ago. No PED...can't hit the long ball. You would think that he would have at least finished out the season though in case something happened to Molina. Unless there's a death in the family, I don't believe that's the way to go out....but I am a commitment kind of guy.

I find it somewhat funny how some people can make speculations and negative remarks towards this player (former now), but when a thread was made on Joe Deforest, people came to his defense? Hmm.....[thumbsup]

Now wait a minute....I said "my guess." I gave nothing that remotely eluded to my guess as being anything more than that.
Second...I was always on board for ripping eFor.
Lastly....tell me what good story ends with someone skipping out on his team mid-season?

He has his degree and if his head and heart, for whatever reason, are no longer on the football field then he can get on with his life.

I'm curious about what really happened. But I also know that we'll probably never really know the full story .... and that's OK.

Yep, and it's not our business.

Speculating and guessing are synonyms, right?

You're quickly achieving the crown of the new "Board Douche."

I suppose there's always going to be tools who beat off to trolling.

AND......one more added to the "ignore" list.

By the way, you have had that title for a while. Wear it with pride. [thumbsup] Especially enjoyed how you bashed Mazey after the success he has brought......
