From the CNN video it looks like a bunch of Punk *** Thugs to me. Some are probably protesting what they see as wrong , but as for the looters and others causing property damage they are only playing right in to a stereotype.
Protest was instigated by the suspect's alleged daughter, saying on Facebook he had a book in his hand, not a gun. Both individuals involved were African- American. Reportedly the police ordered him several times to drop the gun.
All are regrettable, but not all police shootings are wrong or avoidable. Nothing justified the looting and destruction of a WalMart five miles away.

'Protesters' also blocked the interstate, looted and burned a semi-truck. 14 cops were also injured trying to stop the violence and destruction.
That explains a lot. You know the neighborhood is going to hell when the Phillipino doctors start moving in.
Mainly because those murderers are arrested and go to jail...not simply put on paid admistrated leave.
It's a subtle difference that...in your defense...is probably lost on simpler minds.
Drive down here if you need to get out we have room. If Charlotte can go it's that time. Don't stay if it is not safe.

Do you really think it would matter? Ultimately, it would help adjudication, no chance that these folks would assimilate the facts and act appropriately in the short run.
Yet there will be 800 more lives lost in the same fashion in about the same amount of time because there is no movement for change.
Was talking to some peeps that are Hearst Tower. They were in lockdown mode. Nobody could go in or out.
At BLT, rioters broke a window. Guests/workers at the restaurant were barricading the place with the furniture around the restaurant.
It looks to be calming down. While I live close to all that, I am glad I wasn't around it.

The facts are already being reported and the "protestors" don't seem to care. The African American police chief has reported that an African American cop shot the man because he had a gun and posed danger. Photos are now coming out of the gun beside his body. He has said that the narrative that has existed in many other cases doesn't apply to this case. Yet you still have family members, nieghbors, etc stating the man was shot because of the color of his skin. Wtf? Makes no sense.
You sure about that? I can use the google, you know? You can too. Step out of that bubble and check yourself.
Truly the important thing here. Well...that and that everybody stands up during the anthem during said game.

At some point white America starts to feel like they're (we're) getting shat on. I absolutely want the 'situation' rationally addressed and corrected (if needed)....
....but I'm not going to be the ***** just because it's politically correct while morally it's just an abuse of our constitution. I served in the military and was more than open to offering my life for ANY American but that doesn't mean those that feel entitled to more rights than me (and I do think there's abuse of rights happening) get a pass 'just because'.
I honestly fight the urge to judge other races... ....but I'm not sure that such an attitude is returned in kind....

There is one more subtle difference. Most of those 800 murders are black on black gang or drug related killings. Maybe 20% get solved because there are never any witnesses. The leading cause of death for black males between 15 and 35 in this country is homicide.
By the way...I'm embarrassed I wrote that post.

What about Terrance Crutcher? The anti-Kaepernick crew has been awfully silent lately. Love to hear the bigots explanations and excuses on that.
What about the lady truck driver that was dragged out of her rig by the protesters blocking the interstate so they could loot and burn her load? Doesn't she matter?
