To summarize, the people who are being violent are responsible for the wussification of our country. People who moved here to escape religious persecution shouldn't expect a different environment than you would in the Middle East. The big difference is Bernie's platform is to effect change through peaceful protests and awareness, whereas Trump has actually encouraged violence himself at his rallies. ("I'd like to punch them in the face", "they would be hauled out of here on a stretcher", etc. etc.)

However, if you happen to think Trump supporters are largely racist, I don't think I'd try and dispute that.

It was full of doom and gloom and how terrible things are. The DNC Convention was very positive, upbeat and full of optimism. The messages were very positive and encouraging. Acceptance of people of different ethnicities, backgrounds and skin colors was a main part of the convention and made me proud to be an American.
