It's because he's a crooked politician. We (America) say we need to vote them out, but we don't.
This needs to be the 'locate your balls and get off the couch' vote, up and down the ticket.

Republican McDonnell did the same and was charged because he was aRepublican but the verdict was overturned because the law was deemed too broad of a brush. The Repubs held the FBI at the time Kaine was governor and never thoguht about going overboard in vendettas.
