How can anyone defend Trump's statement for Russian espionage?

These are the things that show he just isn't presidential. Imagine if Obama did this same thing. I mean, our current president gets blasted for not saying the words "Islamic extremism" and from the same people who defend Trump's encouragement for another world power to hack in to us.

Whacko's minds work in weird ways. They will all support it. Just like the nuts thinks it is cool that Trump "trolled".

They have a warped sense of right and wrong and their support for political leaders and ideas just reinforce the fact.

"Idiot"? Yeah, I guess I was the one that invited a foreign power to hack us......
News Flash: They don't need or wait for an invite. They've already hacked the White House, Pentagon, DNC, etc. Where have you been, Timbuktu? There's no saying what information and disinformation anyone has these days. Allegedly the US is number one in hacking foreign interests, but who can say for sure.

lol...

Trump is asking for information that they probably already have. I'd like to see it myself.

Wouldn't you want to know IF they have this info ? from a national security standpoint... and IF they ARE willing to disclose it.

Only a nut job wouldn't understand what he said. IF the Russians did hack the DNC, WHICH ARE THE ONES WHO WROTE THE E-MAILS IN THE FIRST PLACE NOT THE RUSSIANS "THEN" THEY MIGHT FIND-FIND-FIND HILLARY"S 33,000 that "she" deleted. It was a light hearted joke. Which is exactly what that crook is.

ok, how about this scenario ...

I'll use my home computer as a server (and imagine I'm the Secretary of State, yeah for the US) with no added security and wonder why any foreign power DOESN'T have access to this server...

and I'll send/receive SECRET emails...

How can anyone trust Hillary ?

Fake Outrage #1 and #2.
Is Paul Ryan also expressing fake outrage?

You fools look more stupid than normal, if that is even possible. Never would I have thought such "patriots" would favor Russia to spy on any American. And here is your Presidential candidate doing it and you traitors are rationalizing it. And no problems whatsoever.

Sickening.

Maybe they can find the IRS records while they are at it! Liberals can't take a joke when it's aimed at them. Hilliary claims to have lost 33,00o emails. The joke is, maybe the Russians can find them. Get it?

Sending classified material to people not cleared for it, Sid blumenthal, is breaking the law. There's real breaking of the law.

That's what is sad about all of this. Ryan, Kasich, Romney, etc have class, dignity and the qualities we want our kids to look up to. Trump is that turd floating in their punch bowl and these asshats are sitting there admiring it.

I think the outrage here is that the democrats think they can say anything and their lackeys will run with it. The sad part is they are proven correct.

Fake outrage #3.

He doesn't favor they do it in the future. He knows, I know, you know, they already did. He's not my candidate, but as this keeps going, I'm going to circle his dot, and I will be thinking in my head, this is for Bru.

Get a grip moderate *snicker*

Translation:

I'm pissed because my party was trying to rig an election and was exposed for doing it. I'm pissed at the whistleblowers and the fact that the opposite candidate is making fun of me and my party about it.

Party before country Bru. That's what's sickening. Russians or no Russians you are basically the equivalent of being pissed at Woodward and Bernstein.

Another scandal for Hillary! It's all us right wing whackjobs. She's completely clean.

Because some of you don't get it: Don took the spot light off of the DNC and put it on himself. He also reminded the world that Hillary has been less than honest with the American people.

I get Trump's con. It was a bad move. The news cycle is going to show his treasonous act and even republicans including his running mate and speaker standing against him at the same time of some very good speeches that painted a very optimistic view of America by many dem leaders. Base of both parties are locked in but a third of this country will contrast the difference. Finally will see the wrong in Trump and his idiotic supporters spewing divisive crap. Until Clinton screws up again, she is going to get a big bump in the polls.

This is true to some extent. Although Trump's trip to the nomination was accomplished with Classless BS and bully tactics. The GOP party in the vision of Ryan or McConnell or any other party leader just got its *** kicked.

His own party, the Democrats, and the voting public. Don is about to be shredded. The media will of course report it.

The guy has disgraced his country. No scruples or honor with that man. He needs to step down for the sake of the country and his supposed party. They're fleeing his side like rats from a sinking ship. Hillary could win this in a landslide if he doesn't step aside.

Pipedreams. Unless something drastic changes (Bernie entering the race) this is his. His followers don't care what the press says, and they keep growing everyday.

1) Bernie will not enter the race
2) Trump is his own worst enemy
3) A little over three months to go, enough time to expose (for more voters) his widespread dishonest business dealings, Trump University, housing discrimination, his comments over the last year, not releasing his tax returns, results of IRS audit, making fun of handicapped people, slew of lawsuits....
4) A significant portion of the Republican party is not even supporting him
5) Some of his (Trump's) own supporters have simply supported him for the sake of change, he's an outsider, but there is a limit to the lunacy they will support
6) Hillary wins big

I mostly agree with this point. Problem for your side is the polls since the rnc, Trump's increase did not reflect a change in the demos of the sectors of society he is poor in. The actions this week isn't going to do much with his base but for any independents that he was starting to attract last week just got sunk for the time being. Still a long time to November.

Good grief. Stop already with the no security bullsh*t. It was a dumb move not to use State's email, but nobody except the right wing media has said the server was unsecured.

Cong. Blum: Director Comey, are you implying in that statement, that the private email servers of secretary Clinton's (sic) were perhaps less secure than a GMail account that is used for free by a billion people around this planet?

Comey: Yes. And I'm not looking to pick on Gmail, their security's actually pretty good. The weakness is in the individual users, but yes, GMail has full time security staff, and thinks about patching and logging and protecting their systems in a way that was not the case here.

Blum: I'd like to ask you what kind of judgment, we've talked a lot about judgment today, does this decision to potentially expose to hackers classified information on an email service that's less secure than GMail, your words, what does that suggest to you?

Comey: It.. It suggests the kind of callousness that I talked about.

Don't call it my side, I'm not voting for him, unless I do it to piss off Bru. Just what I saw from the Republican race, still carrying forward.
