I would like to hear why you will vote for him. I am legitimately interested in "why".

Several reasons,
1. The Supreme Court
2.We've had enough socialism to do use for the next 8 years
3.Tired of hearing how racist I am for wanting to stem illegal immigration
4. Black Lives Matter ********
5.Being told how wrong we are as a country.
6.Being told we are not a good country and should not be proud.
7.Being told that the rich are the problem and knowing full well that the democratic elite are going to make sure they get theirs.
8.Minimum wage ******** that it should be a living wage.
9.I want a person who is proud to be an American in the Presidency and won't apologize for our greatness.
10. Five and six are essentially the same.

Well done........those are also my reasons plus the Clintons are total scum, always were and always will be. They are totally void of any character.

America needs an electable 3rd party candidate. We're close, imo, but personally, I'm not ready to flinch and possibly contribute to a Hillary presidency. It wouldn't matter so much if it weren't for the Supreme Court. I wish the Libertarian party would put together a semblance of a platform. I implore voters to go with Trump this election. In the moment, I think it's time to just take a deep breath on social issues. We've been jamming through the gears without hitting the clutch. If we really need to have a discussion about transrooms, can we just table it for a minute. We essentially have all the laws in place to assure liberty, justice and the pursuit of happiness. Some Americans confuse pursuit with precipitation. We need to enforce the laws we have. By the grace of God or pure luck we were born in or immigrated to the greatest nation the world has ever seen. Tweak if we must, but you don't "totally transform" THAT. Too risky.

I disagree with you on a lot of things and agree on a few. And not to take away from anyone wanting to post their response to my original question "why", please continue to do so in this thread.

But, to touch on a point you made and where we agree: this country needs a third party. It would be good for the country as a whole and we need something to break up the two party system, the associated gridlock with D versus R. That third party needs to be organized, needs to have a platform, needs to have a national committee, needs to be able to hold conventions, etc. Even with the lack of organization, a third party candidate could very well be the difference in this election. It could force some better candidates to come out of the current two parties.

I would like to hear why you will vote for him. I am legitimately interested in "why".
1. attention to security (including illegal immigration).
2. make USA first within our own Country--bringing back jobs and making those we have more available to citizens
3. SUPREME COURT-- vital for future of MANY years
4. protect the Constitution
5. modify energy policy regarding drilling, tracking, mining toward independence
6. modify (simplify) both personal and corporate tax structure with reductions for all
7. develop a meaningful health system including the abolishment go Obama Care
8. revitalize the armed forces and make the VA meaningful and available

Believe these to be a good START.

If I vote for him it would be because I feel he would do less harm to the US than Hillary would (ain't that a ****-show reason - the lesser-of-two-evils). I think Hillary would pander to the Left and that's not a direction I want to see us go.

I'm not voting for him, but I might based on one thing only and that's SCOTUS appointments. I don't want Hillary's, period. The rest of my thoughts will help me rationalize it if info ensur doing it. But it really boils down to the SCOTUS nominations.

I will say this, it's more palatable now than it was, his speech did reach me. I'm a firm supporter of national pride, strong defense, and I agree with his position on the DNC taking advantage of the inner cities. I also believe that he truly wants to fix this country and that Hillary wants to be a legacy of "the first female president". Every move she makes, every decision she makes, everything she says is done with that in mind. She cares about herself.

Ivanka's speech about her dad was really good as well. As a father with 2 daughters, I don't know how I could keep it together after that speech. I would have been wiping tears out of my eyes as I walked on stage.

The man is in fact a builder, and he has created a lot of jobs. At the end of the day, no amount of spin, no amount of idiotic logic from the left about the bankruptcies, and no amount rhetoric about his abrasive attitude can change the fact that what politicians get up on stage and pontificate about, the man has actually done....including equality for women in the workplace. I identify with someone that places a higher value on competency than conformity and compliance.

Ive thought about this a lot since his speech because that was the first time I actually considered voting for him.

Preach on brother!!!!!!!........and add to that with the fact that Hillary 's actions or inactions got americans killed in Libya....and the big one............do you want her running the country if she can't even keep a handle on her own e-mail account?

SCOTUS is the main reason why I don't want to see her elected. The next President could be looking at 4 to 5 appointments.

It's bad enough she broke the law and got away with it. It's bad enough she's shown to be deceitful, but the SCOTUS is a huge concern of mine.
