Oh I remember way back in his first term when he said that police acted stupidly...yep that set the tone for the rest of his terms."I believe I speak for every single American when I say we are horrified over these events, and we stand united with the people and the police department in Dallas," he said.
Obama said he spoke with Dallas Mayor Mike Rawlings, and offered him condolences and federal assistance.
Dallas Police say at least five officers were killed and six more injured by multiple snipers in downtown Dallas as protests over police-involved shootings erupted Thursday night. One suspect shot and killed himself after being surrounded by police; three more have been arrested, police said.
"We will learn more, undoubtedly, about their twisted motivations, but let’s be clear: There is no possible justification for these types of attacks," Obama said. "Anyone involved in the senseless murders will be held fully accountable. Justice will be done."
Those are Obama's words, uniting words. So just stop it with the ********.
Wasn't that with respect to a specific incident in a specific town with a specific person? That's an awfully big extrapolation that you are making by taking that statement out of context.Oh I remember way back in his first term when he said that police acted stupidly...yep that set the tone for the rest of his terms.
After DOJ finished an exhaustive review of forensic evidence and eyewitness accounts in the Ferguson, MO case, concluding that Brown had assaulted Ferguson police officer Darren Wilson and had tried to grab his gun—exactly as Wilson had maintained from the beginning. Wilson reasonably believed that he was facing a lethal threat, the Justice report found. Physical evidence demonstrated that Brown had not been shot in the back....Obama said this - “We may never know what happened"...he should have backed the DOJ and the officer...but HE DIDN'T.Wasn't that with respect to a specific incident in a specific town with a specific person?
