Turned on Fox after breakfast and caught tail end of The Judge saying he was confident she would be indicted. Did not catch reason for being for square solid of indictment, but he has been a square shooter in legal arguments on the show. It sounded like AG was going to go along with FBI conclusion. Most have commented that FBI head is absolutely square in law enforcement.
People who don't violate the law are rarely indicted. Hillary will be indicted as soon as Powell and Condi are.

I think there's enough publically known evidence to indict, but her statements to the effect about being glad to help in bringing this review to a conclusion suggests she may know she's going to skate. The Country's in some deep shinola if we don't get this election right (including voting out the Republicans and Democrats on the take.) Unfortunately, we seem to have kept in crooked incumbents for decades at an 80-90% rate. We talk a big game. A large portion of the electorate say we need to vote these people out, but when the polls open we lose our collective minds and nards.
