Doesn't he hold some kind of record for early exits in the NCAA tourney?

No wonder this guy has no national championships. He's a perfect fit for WVU since they have none either.

Poor guy. Lord knows he doesn't have too many seasons left in him.

I mean, the man is the epitome of poor health. How ironic. Ears go on for days about how a study which uses an MSA of many surrounding areas of Huntington to say it's just Huntington that's so fat when they have a head coach who's blood type is Ragu.

Excellent post, Jeff, and spot on as usual.

To be fair to the Fat Man who's still waiting for the 'Hall' to call, he did have a team reach the final four a few years back. Of course, that was with the great John Beilien's players, so they were already well coached and ready to play.

In other words, Fat Man just had to sit court side on his bar stool and watch, same as their drunken, foolish fans.

Now that's another indisputable FACT!

Huggins is 29-22 in the NCAA tournament for his career. He has the distinction as being the coach with the most tournament wins never to appear in a Finals game. Only he, John Chaney and Rick Barnes have at least 20 NCAA wins with no appearance in the Final.

That fits in well with the whole most football wins without a national championship thing.
