Was that the goal of the Affordable Care Act?

To cut health care costs... which it has failed miserably at.

Mark my words... with new coding quidelines... costs to insurers is only going to increase in coming years. Hospitals and Doctors are learning how to more properly code cases in order to recoup the maximum amount of money from insurers and ultimately patients.

It is the next bubble to burst... which may be what they wanted all along. A crash to which the cries of "single payer system" will be the only answer.

Now you are thinking strategically. That's been my presumption all along.

Ditto with all of the other initiatives which assault business. Forcing a reliance on Gov't.

The affordable Care Act has cost about 2,000,000 full time jobs and has escalated the cost of the middle class to insure themselves...It has done EXACTLY what it was supposed to do.

I have said this repeatedly, that the dems were so arrogant when they wrote the bill, they thought that the American people would keep them in office and they would then be able to substitute the single payer. Which is what they wanted all along. It was written to fail.
