Kasich is a moderate and from the middle of the country but part of the middle that have a decent number of people and that are usually battleground states so if he got the GOP nomination (far from a certainty since he's a moderate) I think he'd have a decent chance to beat Hillary.
My armchair analysis says we're down to four with a realistic chance, those being Trump, Rubio, Cruz and Kasich. Bush is still around but considering how much name recognition he has and how much money he's spent and how he's still low in the polls, I don't think he has a realistic chance.
I think one of those four above or Hillary is going to be the next POTUS.
I'm surprised it's so close between Hillary and Sanders. This makes me think maybe Hillary isn't that good of an electoral politician. I thought Hillary would win POTUS in November but I'm less sure now. Hillary will get a bigger lead once she heads south.
