wvpaper - I'm sorry for your loss...

[EERs 3:16]

maybe WVU will lose again and you'll feel better.

Hang in there buddy, I'm sure you'll bore us again with your dual threat QB posts in no time.

[wvpaper]

wrong. i'm happy we won.

my posts make you think... it's not my fault that hurts

No, no you're not......you enjoy it when WVU loses...it provides a soap box for you to stand on......

But the great thing about being a contrarian (like you) is you only have to be right once..........

[VaultHunter]

What do you mean?

Paper is always right and has never been wrong. He would make a better AD, Head Coach, Assistant Coach, Fan and Journalists than anyone.

Believe it or not, a real WVU fan can be happy with every win, but still see the problems with our program. I love when WVU win and it makes my weekend so much better. But beating a very mediocre Texas Tech team does not really change the facts. We beat teams we should beat, and cant compete with the top of the conference on a regular basis. If that is ok with you, you are extremely happy and satisfied with where we are.

I would call wvpaper a "real" fan. He comes here to stir **** up, nothing more nothing less.

I will not question anyone's fandom because they post an opposing view. I have been attacked in such a manner and I know how wrong that is. If I did, I would have to question some that accept the current state of our program for being the best it can be considering the conference we are in.

Every post he makes is a trolling post to get a rise out of ppl like punisheer, and because they're not very smart he gets those reactions.

I'd like to see the season play out before making a determination on the state of the program. If we win out and finish 8-4 that's a good season (not great) and not worth spending millions to fire a coaching staff and bring in another one, especially when many of our neighbors are looking for coaches.

GotYaNumberBoy................why you say paper is not smart? He knows what he's doing! Now, let me tell you about the state of the football program. WV (the state) can't throw hard earned cash at football and getting wins for adoring fans. There are pressing social and economic problems that need to first be addressed. It ain't about winning out.

So be fair. Read back through Punisheer's posts and be objective. He continually calls people names and personally attacks anyone who does not agree with him. He uses terms like "mouth breather" and just sounds like a child in his posts. In my opinion, anyone who sides with him and would condemn another poster without doing the same to him, has no credibility

He's a jackass also.

There are two more alternatives to consider. 1) WVPaper isn't very bright. 2) He has some sort of neurological disorder that causes him to compulsively repeat the same statements over and over.

Just trying to give WVPaper the benefit of the doubt.

Fair enough. And you are right, he is not very smart.

There are two problems with DH 1) we always seem to be one very good player away from being a really good football team and 2) I'm not overly impressed with is ability to teach the game to his players. And that might be reflected in DH's decision making.;

that being said, if we can CDH what do we gain? Maybe one more win a year..? At this point is it worth spending millions of dollars to find a new HC? Eh........let's see how the year plays out first.

So those are good reasons to keep our current coach? I'm not sure the answer to your questions, but I do know that the top programs make these decisions and do not keep a coach because they are not sure if it is worth it to get rid of something that is not working out. I think you have to do everything in your power to spend the fan's money in the best way possible. The fans, the boosters, and others are giving their money to see a viable product. If that product has hit its peak at the middle of your conference, and beating Texas Tech is a major event, is that money being spent wisely?

The admin's job is to make the University turns a profit - nothing more - nothing less.

Is CDH not working out or is he just not living up to your expectations?

Heck, we ain't one good player from a really good football team right now. WV already is a good football team that has played a very difficult schedule. Take a look at the losses we have taken this year. Top 10 losses! Dadgummit! The next coach won't have any better of a schedule to deal with.

I'm sure you can see that those who read these posts think differently. im guessing our professions would also suggest differntly. Just a guess.
