You do realize Marshall's offense wasn't good enough to beat Purdue, don't you? And, your defense gave up 31 at home to a bad football team.
...and they play one this Saturday that would make GSU look good!
Every rating service out there had GSU ranked higher than Purdue. With that said, WVU put up more points and allowed 31 fewer than Marshall did with a weaker opponent. When does your, local only televised, annual, sweep through Ohio playing everyone not named Ohio St., or Cincinnati start? Then is it off to KY or TN to get your directional college fix on?
What's Marshall's toughest game? #119 Purdue? We have at least 3 top 25 on the schedule... and 2 of those are currently sitting in the top 5. What's your "big" marquee game?
Has Marshall ever beaten a top 25 team? I hope they have played one, but have they ever beaten one? If so, when? Send in the crickets.........
