Disagree. Their outcome next season is cast in stone. Around 8 wins, trip to some bowl game, neither contending for anything nor building anything. Doubt even one of them follows closely enough for this time me of year to be hard.

Every time of year is tough for Iowa fan. That’s why I used “especially” 😉

I am creaming myself. This whole rah rah recruit ******** reminds me of smiling Mike. That turned out well. Win some freaking games, Matt. Improve upon your . 500 college coaching record. and overall .400 record. The only thing you have proved is that you are an average to below average coach. Prove you can win some games or shut the F up. Including the media and the homers.

I would keep an eye on Larry Miles. With one more OV (June 20) before his commitment date his potential commit will be very big!

"...coaches at other schools have already reached out to find out how Nebraska is running things."

Curious what makes this camp so different from all the other summer camps that schools have been putting on for years? For as long as I've been alive, schools have been doing this.

I think it is that this was a 7v7 camp. Not just a camp with lame drills.

NSIS… sounds like everyone, recruits, coaches and analysts alike, were raving about the format, that it hadn’t been done this way before. It wasn’t just camp, it was entire 7v7 teams in a tournament format that no one has done before. It got the kids on campus and then we were able to give them the tour of the state of the art facilities. The fact that other universities have already inquired about this so that they can do it next year is pretty telling, if you ask me.

So yeah, this was different.

Have seen lots of kudos going around

How many commitments will we see from this weekend?
Looking like we are flipping that RE who is committed to Syracuse. Couple O lineman and that TE from CA are trending N. Trae looking to make his 27 class a good one. Good inroads for 27.

So did they break all the campers into teams of 7 and have a tournament? Or did the kids form their teams before they came? Or how did that work? Sorry if already discussed, but I didn’t see it anywhere.

I’m not very familiar about the format either, but it seemed as though 7v7 teams from around the country were invited, since coaches were there as well.

That said, Trae Taylor wasn’t on a squad but decided he wanted to play and was placed on the same team as the top TE recruit in the nation. So maybe it was sort of a drag format?

Hopefully someone in the know can answer this.
