R.I.P. Gene Hackman.

She was 30 years younger than him and roughly a similar age to his kids. He had dementia and possibly couldn’t remember who his kids were let alone that they called if he called. It’s not all that surprising to me that his offspring weren’t in frequent communication with them. They were probably just waiting to get “the call” that he had died.

Maybe somebody noticed that she hadn’t been in yoga or hadn’t posted on social media, but that hardly is reason to send in the swat team. One could never have imagined the scenario that unfolded. Stuff happens. Maybe if they hadn’t lived in a gated mountain compound somebody would have noticed something earlier.

Again it talking about him . And nobody said storm the house with swat . If I had a freind who I had gad some contact ( social media or in person) on a regular basis it wouldn’t take two weeks of no contact to find out why . It’s a terrible tragedy and yes things do happen. I can’t figure out why som of you don’t get my point here.

I get your point but I’ve also known people with Alzheimer’s. When it gets to the point that his disease has reached, most people back away and wait for the news. While she was on social media, I haven’t heard of a single close friend that she had. I’m not checking on you if you stop posting on here.
