I haven’t enjoyed a Super Bowl this much since Lavonte David completely de-pantsed Kelce a few years ago.

Of course that one was fixed - ya know, fer Brady!!!’

I want to hate on the Chiefs but they are a machine. 7 straight AFC Championship games. I hate it, but I respect it.

Scott Frost could have called a better game than Andy Reid tonight.

They got outclassed tonight. They got their butt's kicked by Tampa a few years ago and went on an incredible run. Their run isn't over yet.

Not a fan of either team.

The Eagles defense was dominant.
They looked every bit like the #1 defense in the NFL.

Time for the chickens to come home to roost.
This outcome was not a Suprise if you watch the 2 teams play all year. A great defense exposed an offense with basically 1 great player, a TE who if on the tail of his career and can't run the ball on good defenses.

Game over. Even starting off with a terrible call could not help the Chiefs get going in this game.

I think the biggest problem for the Chiefs was up front. The Eagles DL is certainly the best in the NFL this year, but the Chiefs OL made them look like the greatest of all time.

It didn't take more than about two possessions to see that.

Chiefs will be fine, though. They still have the best player on the planet.

That and Mahomes looked the worst I’ve ever seen him. Yeah he was under pressure but his throws were WAY off first half. I was happy the Eagles won but I wish the Bills had been there, I wanted a better game!

Who makes zero difference if the other team has a defense. That was proved. Same thing happened when the Bucs destroyed them in a super bowl.

Chiefs had a great run and are a good team no doubt. But when you play so many close games and get a lot of help on calls along the way you're eventually going to get exposed. It happened yesterday big time. The got beat so bad even the refs had zero shot to help them along the way. They tried in the first series and on 1 FG for sure. Yes, they also missed a 15-yard penalty on the Eagles that should have been called for roughing the passer but at that point it made zero difference. They probably let it go to help the narrative.

The Chiefs played how they played all year. Their offense has been bad all year and would average 10 points per game without the refs.

The Eagles were able to get pressure constantly on Mahomes with their front four and keep outside contain to prevent the QB escape which the Bills were unable to do. This alone allowed the LBs to help in coverage especially with their front four short passing game where KC likes to go.

Reid is one of the best ever HCs, he didn’t all of a sudden get stupid. PM had someone in his face, his OL getting pushed back into his face all night. It was all up front.

Andy Reid called a Scott Frost game. Blocked with only five guys on almost every pass play even though the Eagles front four was destroying them.
Yeah but when Reid kept Kelce in to help on the rush end, he completely whiffed. Looked like Kelce had never thrown a block before, or he was pouting because the ball wasn’t going to be thrown his way.

Could have brought in a different TE, but then Kelce would have probably thrown another sideline tantrum.

Brady record first 5 Super Bowls - 3-2
Mahomes record first 5 Super Bowls - 3-2

all Patty the Frog has to do from here on out is go 4-1 in his next 5 Super Bowl appearances to match the best to ever do it.

glad we can put the ridiculous notion that Mahomes is the GOAT to bed permanently.

and really wish our QB was infatuated with the greatest winner of all time instead of KC's guy.

If MyHomey had won last Sunday, i'd have at least entertained the possibility he could be the GOAT...but i still would have needed at least one more, and he would have needed to look good doing both. As it stands now, for me anyway...he's in a crowded, but awesome, group of 4 or 5 guys you can argue about #2-5

the way to beat Brady was with a four man pass rush, same with mahomes. nothing new or magical. mediocre chiefs line has impacted them all season. eagles built a great team that were more concerned about team play than the next TV commercial deal. if they keep that mindset going they will be very hard to beat next year(the eagles that is). chefs may be back to cold sandwiches.

It was a 32 point deficit with minutes left.

I'll float this! Reid was HC/executive at the Eagles for 10+ years.

Then with about 3 minutes to go...they score 2 TDs.

I think the owner of Eagles called down to sideline and said " we got this win, but I don't want to embarrass my good friend Andy with 32 point drumming!"

Well, that’s not saying much. The way to beat every offense in the world is with a four man rush/front.

I would say that isolating a TE on Josh Sweat is dumber than blocking with only five.

Just curious about the missed roughing the passer call. When was that?
