That sucks. Sometimes guys that young can roll their ankle badly and bounce back amazingly fast, but this one must be pretty serious. Hopefully he won't miss more than a week or two.

They've been going small quite a bit. Juwan really needs to focus on staying out of foul trouble and Brice needs to keep rebounding like he did Sunday.

Sucks. He comes across as someone that doesn't bounce back quickly from these kind of things.

As much as his play frustrated me during conference play, he put a solid game together against OSU. We will need him to heal up and get back soon.

Sounds like a high ankle sprain 😕 Time for Morgan to step it up, and Meah too.

Good opportunity for Meah. He didn't play much Sunday, but those were good minutes. Made his FTs and a nice finish on a pick n roll.

Wonder if we will play Morgan and Meah at the same time? Meah at the 5, Morgan at 4?
Will probably have to for a portion of the game because the our roster doesn’t have other options. When they are on the floor together the significant difference in quickness on who they will be matched up against will be concerning.

Amazing how one guy down makes us so thin. Hope we stay out of foul trouble.

We have a player on the bench who averaged 6ppg and nearly 20 min/game in the b10 last year. If Fred would ever let him out of his doghouse…

Griffiths hasn’t shown me a whole lot. But I will say I’d rather see him in the game ahead of Cale Jacobson.

I'm hoping he gets a shot and he makes the most of it. I'm with @schuele in hoping this doesn't mean more CJ minutes.

I just don't think he can guard anyone and we play a defense where basically everyone has to guard everyone so you can't hide him. I actually think Uhlis is more likely to pick up minutes because he can guard and they can just stick Juwan at the 4. If only someone could teach him how to shoot a 12 footer off the dribble.

This is a major blow for the team. Berke was playing major minutes, two positions and playing with confidence. The ankle injury didn't look good. Berke could come back and play in a week or two but those serious ankle sprains can take 6-12 months to fully recover from. If he comes back to play, he won't be the same player we saw on Sunday.

I doubt we'll have him back by the B1G tourney.

And it's not going to matter anyway. If Berke's able to play at 80% a month from now (just a guess), he's not going to be effective. He won't be getting off the floor well for rebounds. He'll be mostly upper body on his 3 point shots. Guards will blow past him if he switches out on them.

I hope I'm wrong. Maybe the injury isn't severe and he recovers pretty quickly. Who knows. But getting him back on the court for the Big 10 tourney would be a good goal. Get him ready for our 1st round game in the NCAA! :)

If he would show some effort on defense and rebounding he could earn some minutes

You just never know with ankles. I hurt mine once and couldn't put any weight at all on it for two days. Day three, I was playing again and was fine.

The best news we can hope for. Really do not know what to expect tomorrow. Have not been a Meah fan all year, but you just never really know who’s going to surprise you.

Meah is a guy that needs to get a nasty edge. Someone should slap his momma to get him angry
I saw an Instagram post today where a guy said he got thrown out of Costco. He’s a big fat dude. The T-shirt said “Why am I so fat? Because every time I do your mamma she feeds me a sammich”.

While I find fat people to be disgusting and his shirt was in poor taste (kinda funny TDH) I don’t think people should be kicked out of public establishments unless they causing a legitimate problem. But it is a private business and if that’s how they want to roll that’s their prerogative I guess.
