Next year's QB class is loaded. He should have come out this year with such a weak class. But Miami gave him big money, so go get paid Carson.

That QB class is actually weaker than this year's relatively weak class. And no chance Manning is going pro next year. There's a good chance he is again the backup to Ewers. Ewers is probably a 2nd round prospect at this point. He's good but not elite. Nico would be a 5th or 6th round prospect at this point. The rest are in the same category or UFA.

I saw an article that stated Beck announced his school of choice with two words "Go Caines". I had two words "Money Grab" when I read it. (His right, go for it.) Hey, doesn't he look kind of skinny?

Seems like an odd choice. Have to believe he could have pretty much named his NIL price for just about any team in the country. What am I missing here?
Maybe he did name his price and Miami was the highest bidder.

Or maybe he just likes 70 year old men in banana hammocks.

What does that have to do with taking an average QB coming off a bad injury and paying him millions of dollars?
An "average" QB is statistically in the top 15 of every category, on par with Will Howard and Quinn Ewers? Don't be silly.

It has quite a lot to do with the quality of their decision-making.

No doubt he will put up great numbers and win meaningful games in the ACC, but I'm guessing you don't watch much football outside of Nebraska and Iowa.

He has an elite roster to play with. He was decent this year but not great. I watch plenty of football especially the SEC as I live in that area.

elite roster with zero 1st team all-americans? as in, fewer than Colorado and Iowa?

i'll remember this post of yours come next year when he's lighting it up in a soft conference.
