Sorta, he thinks he’s really clever and mocking the people who think half the CFB playoff field don’t belong. He’s right those people don’t understand dynamics of a legitimate playoff. Will always be teams in an expanded playoff field that have almost zero chance of winning it all. This is a new concept for people who only fallow CFB and don’t watch other sports. Every other sport has an expanded playoff system/field and many teams that make those playoffs have almost zero chance of advancing.

It's almost like a competition between playoff teams can become lopsided......like blowouts happen in the postseason. Like the #1 seed should sweep the #8 seed and often do in the NBA playoffs.

I too can remember what happened on January 15, 2000.

Doesn't mean those teams don't belong. Doesn't mean a 3 loss team should get in ahead of a 1 loss team or a 2 loss team that made their ccg. Doesn't mean we should expand and make it worse.
